APPOINTMENT VS WALK-IN - WHAT WORKS BETTER?

As always, my vote is going to be APPOINTMENT, APPOINTMENT, APPOINTMENT.

There’s nothing worse than showing up to your favourite restaurant that ONLY accepts walk-in’s and seeing 100’s of people inside and a line of people waiting outside, knowing if you want a table - You’re going to be waiting a while.
